We will then fix an appointment so that I can answer your questions and define the details in order to create a tailor-made proposal for you.

We specialise in organising events in Sicily, as this is our island and we know it well, but we have no problem organising events elsewhere.

Coordination is when our team steps in the last few weeks before your event to take over all of the plans you have already made and make sure they come together! As your Coordinator, we act as a liason between the vendors, our clients (you), and the timeline to make sure your plans come together just the way you intended. Wedding planning is when we work together to map out every aspect of your event. Your planner will help you find & book vendors, create a design, source decor, track your budget, and organize the behind the scenes details. Our wedding planning packages include day-of coordination services.

Nope! We are very firm believers in transparency. As event planners we spend a lot of time to updating our pricing. Our Pricing sheets outline our rates and specify additional charges. Any situational charges, service limitations, etc. are clearly outlined in our contracts (which you will be able to review and ask questions about).

It is not possible to establish a precise wedding budget in advance, as several factors influence the budget. However, as we are familiar with the suppliers we work with, and taking your wishes into account, we can help you determine a budget to spend on your special event.

Navigating Italy's bureaucracy can be challenging, especially when planning a wedding. That’s why relying on a professional is key to ensuring everything goes smoothly. We often receive last-minute requests from couples who have encountered difficulties trying to handle the process on their own, particularly due to language barriers, as many Italian municipal officials may not speak fluent English. Although the climate in Sicily is mild all year round, the best months to get married in Sicily are from May to October. August is best avoided because of the excessive heat. If you want a winter wedding, there is no shortage of opportunities to get married in Sicily.

To start the planning process, our wedding planner will need information about the size and budget of your wedding and will arrange a Skype call to meet you and understand your expectations and needs. After this step, the wedding planner will be able to start the location search based on your request. The wedding planner will be in charge of finding suppliers and keeping in touch with them, acting as an intermediary between you and the suppliers to ensure that the arrangements satisfy both parties. The wedding planner will create a timeline for planning and a file to keep the budget under control, keeping your needs in mind to give you all the information to help you plan your wedding in a relaxed atmosphere.

We ask for a deposit upon signing the contract to guarantee our assistance and to block the date. We ask for a second deposit when the event is organised and the contracts with suppliers concluded. The balance 20 days before the event. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (with an additional 6% charge).
